After you apply, we review your details, and if you’re a good match for the role we’ll shortlist your profile and share your application with the employer. Depending on the organisation’s internal process and decision makers involved, the employer may make decisions right away, other times it may take longer for them to respond. We will, however, keep you updated via email whenever there is a change in the status of your application.
